Important Picture Day Information

 

 

•On Picture Day, Head Coaches should check in at the sales area as soon as you arrive even if your entire team has not arrived.

 

•Please check in at least 15 minutes prior to your schedule time. We use this time to explain our process so that we can move your team through the stations more effectively.

 

•Be sure to bring a clean ball with no writing to use in the photos.

 

•Please have a team mom or representative available to help ensure player`s uniforms are neat and tucked in, hair is combed, face is clean, and ready to go.

 

•Parents you will need  to fill out an order form online before picture day and bring the order form with you. We WILL NOT have order forms available to fill out  on photo day, and will not be able to take credit card payments. Cash and check payments must be exact, and must be given to our staff with your pre filled order form.

 

•If you do not have an order form, your childs photo will not be taken, no exceptions.

 

•We accept exact cash or check on photo day accompanied by your

 or credit cards online prior to photo day.

 

•We DO NOT post images online for sale.

 

 

Delivery Information

 

Orders will be delivered back to the playing fields within 2 weeks. Your coach or team representative will pick up all orders for your team and hand them out.

 

 

Payment Terms

 

Please make checks payable to “Game Face Imaging”  We do not accept out-of-state or temporary checks. If you choose to pay by check and your check is returned NSF, you agree to pay a processing fee of $30 (plus tax), or any higher amount allowed by law, and we may electronically debit or draft your account for this fee. These fees are in addition to any fees your bank may charge and Game Face Imaging is not responsible for these fees.
